BIOGRAPHY

OCTOBER 2026

"Music soothes the soul and brings people together. In times of isolation and prosperity, humanity needs the universal healing and comforting power of music. As a singer, entertainer, and songwriter, I  have devoted my life to feeling and channeling the deep emotions of   classic songs and being vulnerable and transparent in the songs that I choose to write, record, and perform." - Jeff Pike

Jeff Pike

Let us go back....

For more than four decades, Atlanta native Jeff Pike has built a life and career around music—performing it, writing it, recording it, producing it, and, most importantly, using it to connect with people.

An accomplished vocalist, guitarist, pianist, songwriter, recording artist, producer, and entertainer, Jeff has developed a reputation for musical versatility, an intimate and expressive vocal style, quick improvisational humor, and an ability to make audiences feel as though they are part of the performance rather than simply watching it.

Jeff began singing at an early age and studying guitar by age 10. During high school and college, he studied voice while also pursuing piano and musical theater. As his career and technology evolved, he continued his education by studying keyboard and synthesizer production, programming, and Pro Tools audio engineering.

By the late 1980s, Jeff had established himself as a successful solo entertainer in Atlanta, combining vocals, guitar, keyboards, extensive sequencing, and drum programming into a sophisticated one-person show at a time when such technology was still relatively new to live solo performance.

A1A and a Remarkable Musical Journey

In 1991, Jeff co-founded A1A – The Official and Original Jimmy Buffett Tribute Show, along with Scott Nickerson, founder of the first Parrot Head Club, beginning a musical journey that would become one of the defining chapters of his career.

After winning a Jimmy Buffett Sound-Alike Contest sponsored by Margaritaville Records in 1992, A1A developed a relationship with Jimmy Buffett's organization that led to experiences few tribute artists have ever enjoyed. Due to their rising success, In late 1992, Jimmy Buffett officially sanctioned A1A as The Official and Original Jimmy Buffett Tribute Show.

A few short highlights. Over the years, Jeff and A1A performed with Jimmy Buffett, Mac McAnally, and all the members of Jimmy Buffett's Coral Reefer Band. Jeff appeared in Buffett's MTV video for “Fruitcakes.” A live performance recording of “Cheeseburger in Paradise” with Jimmy Buffett and The Coral Reefer Band performing in Atlanta, Georgia featuring Jeff was included on the limited-edition Barometer Soup Radio Special and has continued to receive airplay on SiriusXM's Radio Margaritaville.

In 2012, Jimmy Buffett got A1A in the Lionsgate major motion picture What to Expect When You're Expecting. The band's recording of “Why Don't We Get Drunk” was also included in the film and on the Capitol Records soundtrack.

Another extraordinary milestone came in 2016 when Jimmy Buffett and Mac McAnally selected A1A as their backing band for a private performance at Augusta National Golf Club in Augusta, Georgia.

More than three decades after its formation, A1A remains the longest-running and most successful Jimmy Buffett Tribute Show in history, the only Jimmy Buffett Tribute Show ever sanctioned by Jimmy Buffett, an important part of Jeff's musical life and an enduring connection to the music, community, friendships, and spirit that helped shape his career.

MANIA - (FORMERLY ABBA MANIA)  The Worlds #1 Touring ABBA Tribute Show
In 2014, Jeff had the esteemed opportunity to join ABBA MANIA, where he played piano, performed, and toured as “Benny.” For three months out of the year, Jeff toured with the band, performing at the most high-profile Performing Arts Centers and Theaters in the country.

Formed in 1999, the show has been selling out theatres and concert halls internationally since its inception. From 18 weeks in London’s West End in 2002 to one of the first shows back in the West End in 2021. As well as huge stateside success with 15 National Tours from 2009, including an 80-date sell-out USA National tour in 2022.

Jeff stayed with the band from 2014 until 2022, until the touring schedule began to interfere with A1A and other projects he wanted to pursue.
After his last show with the band in Atlanta in November of 2022, he felt it was time he passed the torch, or the boots, so to speak, on to someone a bit younger with a more adaptive schedule. Mania continues in its quest to bring the music of Swedish ’Supergroup’ ABBA to millions of fans, old and new. For more information on MANIA, visit

Right Where I Am — The Music of Gino Vannelli
The latest chapter in Jeff's career represents the fulfillment of another lifelong musical dream.
After several years of studying and developing a friendship with legendary singer, songwriter, composer, and producer Gino Vannelli, Jeff was given an extraordinary opportunity: to make a record together.

The resulting album, Right Where I Am, was released on July 10, 2026.
For the project, Gino selected the material, arranged, produced, engineered, and performed the music, with Jeff providing the lead vocals. The collaboration allowed Jeff to explore a more sophisticated and intimate side of his voice while interpreting the work of an artist whose music had influenced him for decades.
The album was preceded by a series of singles and music videos, including “Right Where I Am,” “Keep On Walking,” “Sunset on L.A.,” “The Jokers Wild,” and “Sally (She Says the Sweetest Things).” All of the music videos were created, directed, and produced by Gino’s Brother and award-winning songwriter, producer, and videographer Ross Vannelli.

For Jeff, 'Right Where I Am'  is much more than another recording. It represents decades of musical growth and the culmination of a relationship between artist, mentor, producer, and singer. It has also inspired a new live performance concept celebrating the music of Gino Vannelli in an intimate concert setting. For information and updates on live performances, visit 'Right Where I Am - Live.' For information on the entire project, visit ‘Right Where I Am.’

Jeff also appeared in the Gino Vannelli video El Camino El Perdon along with South American legendary songwriter and entertainer, Alejandro Lerner.

Mullen's Miracles - Music With a Purpose

In recent years, Jeff's belief in the healing and unifying power of music has become increasingly central to his work.
Together with Kathy Mullen, Jeff co-founded and serves as a director of Mullen's Miracles, an organization dedicated to suicide prevention, education, awareness, support for people in crisis, and organ-donation awareness.

That mission led to another important collaboration with Gino's brother, acclaimed and award-winning songwriter, videographer, and producer Ross Vannelli.

In January of 2026, Jeff and Mullen's Miracles released “Live Like There’s No Tomorrow,” written and produced by Ross Vannelli. All eleven songs and music videos on this compelling album address personal issues and emotions we can all feel when facing profound loss. Inspired by the life and message of Kathy Mullen, “Live Like There’s No Tomorrow” is a profound and impactful album of hope, healing, and inspiration. Jeff performed the vocals and acoustic guitar on the recording, which carries a message of perseverance, gratitude, faith, hope, and finding the strength to continue through adversity.

Ross Vannelli - Keyboards, Keyboard Bass, Drums
Jeff Pike - All Vocals and Acoustic Guitar
Chris Blackwell - Electric Guitars
Mastered by Urei Tropets
Executive Producer – Kathy Mullen

The project reflects something Jeff has come to believe more deeply with each passing year: music can entertain, but at its most powerful, it can also comfort, connect, inspire, and heal.

Time After Island Time Radio and The Paul Leslie Hour

In 2003, Jeff co-founded ‘Time After Island Time Radio’ with music historian and documentarian Paul Leslie. From 2003 until 2012, Jeff produced and engineered TAIT, which aired on several Internet Radio Stations, most prominently on Jimmy Buffett’s Radio Margaritaville, back when it was only on the internet. On each show, Paul interviewed a guest, and an hour-long show was built around the artist's story. The show was very successful and won several awards. In 2011, the show was re-named The Paul Leslie Hour. Paul is still very active today, and The Paul Leslie Hour still thrives.

Many culturally relevant people have been interviewed. Willie Nelson, Woody Allen, Maya Angelou, Marshall Chapman, Aaron Neville, Scott Adams, Adam Duritz of Counting Crows, Connie Francis, Gene Wilder, Lyle Lovett, Pam Tillis, Billy Joe Shaver, Jeff Bridges, Larry King, Regis Philbin, Paul Shaffer, Dick Cavett, Frank Sinatra, Jr., Chuck Klosterman, Pat Metheny, Howard Jones, Robert Earl Keen, Rodney Crowell, Michael Nesmith, Harry Connick, Judy Collins, Alan Kalter, Ben E. Still Moving Forward

After more than four decades onstage and in the studio, Jeff Pike remains as passionate about making music as he was when he first picked up a guitar as a child.

His career has taken him from Atlanta bars and clubs and intimate solo performances to theaters, festivals, Performing Arts Centers, recording studios, movie screens, national touring events, and on stages alongside some of the musicians who originally inspired him.

Yet for Jeff, success has never just been about where or with whom he has performed. It is about the connection that happens between a performer, a song, and an audience. That philosophy continues to guide his music today.

“Music soothes the soul and brings people together. As a singer, entertainer, and songwriter, I have devoted my life to feeling and channeling the deep emotions of great songs—and to being vulnerable and transparent in the music I choose to write, record, and perform.”
