JEFF PIKE - The Solo Artist
September 2022
Jeff is currently working on two solo albums. 'Right Where I Am' and 'Always.'
'Right Where I Am' consists of 12 classic songs from multi-platinum recording artist, Gino Vannelli, who produced, recorded and mixed the record which was completed in June of 2021. The history and recording of 'Right Where I Am' was a long and arduous road due to Covid-19. However, in looking back, the country's lockdown proved to be beneficial for Jeff and Gino in allowing them to devote more time to the project than was initially planned. Gino and Jeff finished recording and mixing the album in 2021. Work began in March, 2022 on videos for the album with Ross Vannelli directing, producing and filming. Stay tuned..

Inspired by an idea and recommendation from Paul Leslie of 'The Paul Leslie Hour', 'Always' is planned to be an album of classic, romantic jazz ballads from the early to mid 20th century. Jeff is recording 'Always' with jazz pianist, Conal Fowkes, drummer, percussionist Wayne Viar and bassist, producer, composer and recording engineer, Joseph Patrick Moore. Paul Leslie is onboard as creative producer. As of March, 2022 recording has resumed and going well. Stay tuned..
A1A - THE OFFICIAL and ORIGINAL JIMMY BUFFETT TRIBUTE SHOW
Members from Jimmy Buffett’s band, Greg “Fingers” Taylor, Mac McAnally, Michael Utley, Robert Greenidge, Peter Mayer, Nadirah Shakoor, and Tina Gullickson have all performed with the band over the years. In 2009 Nadirah Shakoor chose A1A to be her back up band to help promote her Mailboat Records Release, ‘Nod To The Story Teller.’ In 2012, Jimmy Buffett was instrumental in landing A1A in the Lions Gate Major Motion Picture Release, ‘What to Expect When You’re Expecting.’ The band recorded Jimmy’s classic, ‘Why Don’t We Get Drunk,’ which was included in the movie and on the soundtrack released by Capitol Records. Recently in 2016, Jimmy Buffett and Mac McAnally approached A1A with a request that they be Jimmy’s band during a private performance for The World Surf League at The Masters Open in Augusta, Georgia. Not surprisingly, the band was very proud to be Jimmy’s ‘ Coral Reefer Band’ for a day.
A1A performs from an 8 piece to a 13 piece band, complete with audio and light production, bringing to life a colorful and energetic family-friendly Jimmy Buffett Tribute Show. When attending an A1A performance you can expect to hear all of your Jimmy Buffett favorites. You may also be treated to some classic Reggae as well as some original A1A Trop Rock music. The energy, musicianship, originality and excitement that have always surrounded an A1A performance is an experience and a driving force that has helped the band remain the first and foremost Jimmy Buffett Tribute Show in history.
These albums can be purchased in the Official A1A store as well as iTunes, Amazon, and other digital retailers.

MANIA - THE ABBA TRIBUTE
For about three months out of the year, Jeff takes to the road touring North America, playing the piano and performing as 'Benny' in the American cast of MANI - The ABBA Tribute.
Mania The ABBA Tribute the tribute takes you back in time by recreating one of the world's finest pop groups in a live stage performance. This highly polished and professional production was created in 1999 and played its first shows in 2000.
In 2002 Mania The ABBA Tribute was invited to perform at London's West End and played for 18 weeks at the Strand Theatre. In November 2002, the show made its German debut at the Deutsches Theatre Munich, where it sold every seat in the house for 21 performances!
In 2003 the show was presented with a prestigious Radio Regenbogen Award for the best musical of 2002. Fellow winners that year were Tom Jones and Meatloaf. In the same year, Mania The ABBA Tribute toured extensively throughout Europe, selling out theatres wherever they performed, including 24 consecutive shows in the Schiller Theatre in Berlin and Cologne Arena, selling 10,000 tickets in one night.
The highlight of 2004 was playing a one-off television special. Viewed by over 11 million people and broadcast throughout Europe, the show celebrated thirty years since ABBA came to prominence with Waterloo (Eurovision 1974). Fellow performers included original members of the ABBA band, stars from the musical Mamma Mia, and even the iconic Bjorn Ulvaeus made an appearance.
Mania The ABBA Tribute has continued to tour the globe, enjoying great success, with ticket sales for most venues selling out long before the show hit town. We look forward to welcoming you back this year and ensuring that you'll be "having the time of your life" once again.
The show has toured internationally in regions as far afield as Venezuela, North America, Tahiti, Mexico, Germany, France, Switzerland, Austria, Holland, Denmark, Sweden, Luxembourg, and many more, making this the world's most successful touring ABBA show.
