An enormous thanks to the 4,500 plus people of Carrollton, Georgia who gave us a frenzied and jaw dropping reception last night. Thank you Carrollton for one helluva evening. - Linktr.ee/jeffpikeanda1a
An enormous thanks to the band and all of the people of Zanesville, Ohio, who helped make our show, and my Birthday a tremendous success! Even the local livestock is in on the fun and frolic. We look forward to returning next year!
Happy Saturday! I am deeply humbled, moved, and flattered at the number of Birthday Wishes I have received. I read them all and will respond to as many as possible! I had a great day, but I have one heartfelt request before my Birthday Weekend Celebration ends. If you could listen to my new song, "Keep On Walking," watch my latest music video and share it on your social media, it would help immensely and mean the world to me. The link is below. Enormous thanks and love to everyone for being part of my journey. I am sincerely grateful! If there is one thing I accept more of with each passing year is that my elders who came before me were mostly right about everything. Having now made it to 62 years old, my understanding and perception of life from start to finish, whenever that may be, changes every year. Life is very short. Most can’t see it until they get to the “backside of the mountain,” as my Dad used to say. I lost my Dad this year, which has opened some enlightening and painful windows for me. But I do still have my Mom. Things are changing. Not all is sad, for many good things have happened in this past year of my life. My daughter married, and she and her husband moved into their first home. I released two new singles and music videos, which I recorded with Gino Vannelli and Ross Vannelli. Kathy and I finished a new album of all original music and music videos with Ross Vannelli for Mullens Miracles, which we are incredibly proud of. More about that is coming soon, and I continue to be grateful and amazed by all the incredible musicians I am blessed to perform with in A1A. If you could watch my two latest music videos and share them with a short message or two, it would be the perfect Birthday present. I am proud of my new music and want everyone to see and hear it. You can find them at www.linktr.ee/jpcoa While always looking, I have yet to find a song I identify with more than this one by Jeff Lynne. I wish I had written it. Thanks to everyone who has passed through and those who are still helping me write the soundtrack of my life. I am profoundly blessed and eternally grateful to everyone who has been a part of my journey. Had a flashback of good times last night at Bahama Breeze when the only parking spot available was this one.
Our journey is never over….
